Wallis Mango Colada Dessert Sauce

Wallis Mango Colada Dessert Sauce is unique to Broome WA. Leonie Wallis from Wallis Mangoes deveoped this herself with mangoes from the Wallis Mango Plantation - and rum and coconut.

This was a nod to the Pina Coladas of her twenties. Nowadays Leonie loves to add a splash of this to a glass of bubbly. It's also suitably yum on ice cream, parfaits, and pancakes.
