Wallis Mango Jam adds summer to toast, cheeses, curries, yoghurt, stir fries. The only pre-requisite is that you eat food.

This Mango Jam is produced in the simplest possible way by Leonie Wallis of Wallis Mango Plantation in Broome, Western Australia. She picks the fruit , adds some sugar and a special secret ingredient. Then she lets you buy it.

The plantation's mangoes are chemical free, and thanks to the wonders of pectin there are no preservatives used in her jams and conserves
