The Burstenhaus (literally 'House of Brushes') Redecker Bathbrush can't get waterlogged because of the Redecker family's century old process of 'baking' wood which hardens and seals wood whilst making it water resistant. There are no chemical coatings, and no oils.
Redecker use environmentally sustainable Ash wood for its thermowood. The baking process leaves it a rich dark brown colour, with a faint smoky fragrance. And it won't go mouldy.
The detachable head has a cloth strap to slip a hand through for vigorous hand scrubbing.
