Tocky is a tiny alarm clock that rolls off your bedside table in random directions – forcing you to get out of bed to turn it off. Rather than the conventional beeps, Tocky has a USB input for downloading music from MP3 players. There's also capacity to record your own wake-up messages via Tocky's microphone. Absent partners, parents, friends etc can still join you first thing in the morning.
Tocky is a second generation successor to inventor Gauri Nanda's original wonderfully random alarm Clocky (see http://www.thegoodstore.com.au/d453-105/clocky/). Little Tocky is a plastic sphere with a removeable silicone skin. There's a touch screen and iPod like spin wheel for setting functions and times. He is a very user friendly alarm clock and his small size makes for a useful travel alarm. Did we mention he's also very cute ?
