The Dreamfarm Garject Garlic Crush is the Australian invention that takes big and multiple garlic cloves without the need to peel. It has a built in scraper for the last garlic, and is self cleaning - flipping it over causes plastic spikes through the holes. It's one handed, and no juices are lost to a chopping board.
The Garject takes its name from its unique button mechanism which flicks out the garlic's skin. Inspiring an American food blogger to describe Garject as a "garlic press with an ejector seat".
Dreamfarm are a Queensland based family company. They're one of the few Australian companies to win multiple Red Dot Design Awards for their products. Garject is bound to be the next.
