Food Symphony's Chocolate, Port & Fig Terrine is dense, rich, bitter-sweet, and fudge-like. A small slice is utterly beautiful with blue and other soft cheeses.
Food Symphony's Terrine comes from Bullsbrook (yes in WA) where it's hand-made from local produce by Patricia Tew.
This gorgeous stuff is unique in Australia. Possibly the only comparison is from Calabria in Italy where nonnas make a chocolate & hogs blood terrine. Chocolate, Port & Fig sounds like a much more polite combination.
