White Tea is the supreme monarch of teas. It's from the very first buds of the camellea sinensis. Right through history, it's been expensive. One explanation is rarity, whilst another is that it's very very good for you - white tea is recognized as having more anti-viral and anti-bacterial qualities than regular tea.
Buddha's Tears is a comparatively fragrant White Tea. The leaves are hand rolled into little balls of tea tendrils which expand and disengage in hot water. Just one of these little balls in a small cup should offer optimum refreshment.
