Karim Rashid's Onda Broom & Dustpan is the world's most sensuous sweeping aid. Onda is Spanish for 'wave' which explains the shape of the long handle.
The broom is free standing because of the way it fits into its integrated dustpan. Whilst serving as a base, the height and shape of the pan also avoids the need to bend over when sweeping.
The whole unit can also be hung from the aperture in the broom's handle.
