Mouserugs are deluxe computer mouse pads inspired by Persian rugs. There are a myriad of designs - reproductions of famous traditional designs reduced to mousepad size of 18cm x 26cm, and woven from 7 million individual nylon fibres. The pads feels very soft, and offer precise mouse tracking for both optical or ball mice. The material is so tough it's used in the floormats of Dodge trucks.
Mouserugs are made in the USA by a company based in Colorado. They all come with a belly band explaining the origins and significance of the particular design.

This is a precise reproduction of the rug which lay on Sigmund Freud's couch. Every patient seeking solace in the world's most famous shrink lay on it - a rug made by the 19th century Persian Qashqa'i tribe.
