Treeling Jewellery Tree
The Treeling is the jewellery tree for Earring Queens. Earrings will hang perfectly from the little perforations in its powder coated steel surface. Rings, bracelets, and necklaces all drape sweetly.
The Treeling is also a rare thing because it's designed and made in Australia. Two young graduates of University of Technology Sydney formed their own company a couple of years ago - after working on medical products to prevent bird flu, and doing environmental design to lower urban crime. As well as designing for Oroton.
The Treeling was invented as a birthday present for a friend who adored earrings. It was inspired by Japanese Bonsai. The Good Store, however reckons it also draws heavily on Enid Blyton's Magic Faraway Tree - because of the little escape hatch at the bottom.
The Treeling comes in either Black or White. It's flat packed for transport at 38cm x 34cm. When its bottom is folded back for for a stand, the height is 33.5cm. It weighs 275g. Before being loaded up.
* Ear-rings not included. Buying your own is half the fun.
