Alessi's Kiwi Watering Can is a reinvention of a gardening standard for folk in apartments. Its unique design means it takes up very little room when not in use - it can stand either on its end or its belly. The Kiwi is also easily filled via its top which is cone recessed to funnel water inside. When full, it's nicely balanced and pours easily.
The Kiwi Watering Can has a plastic body, a stainless steel spout tip to avoid dribbles. And it looks beautiful. It's named after New Zealand's famous flightless bird, this is the first watering can ever released by the revered Alessi Design Company of Milan. It's also possibly the first watering can to be released in a gift box.
