The Folke Deluxe Salad Set is a retro design classic in two pieces. This is very very beautiful, and a joy to hold. It was first released as a companion to the 1955 award winning Folke deluxe cutlery set which was the first stainless steel cutlery with nylon handles.
The set is by Swedish flatware legends Gense. The set's name comes from designer Folke Arstrom, who was Gense's head designer from 1940 to 1960. He began his working life as a painter, but his Folke Deluxe Salad Set is much more useful if you're hungry.
