Aristokat Chocolates are WA's finest and most luxurious bespoke chocolates. They are little handmade chocolate showpieces of the slow food movement. Chocolatier Katya Oost hand makes each of these in her Gosnells kitchen.
The Chocolate is from the legendary Belgium company Callebaut. They've had their own exclusive Cocoa plantations in the Congo for over a century. Their chocolate is famous for its caramel tones, and clean non-cloying aftertaste.
Aristokat Chocolates have hand made fillings using the famed Lurpak butter from Denmark . Fresh cream is used, rather than the commonly used lower quality "fondant" cream. Aristokat chocolates aren't full of preservatives, so they just have to be eaten rather than left sitting around. Oh shame !
There is a range of around fifteen different chocolates. In store customers get to pick their own nine favourites. Mail orders are guaranteed to get the ones we've eaten lots of and can personally vouch for.
