The Ego Spaghetti and Pasta is an ingenious way of serving both long strands of spaghetti, as well as more compact pasta shapes. It's a magnificant way of serving at the table.
As the Ego Spaghetti Server, the strands are grabbed neatly in between the three mirror finished stainless steel leaf blades. For gnocci and other compact shapes, rotating the three underlying silicone leaves turns the server into a solid scoop to hold onto all the pasta, as well as sauce. After service, it's dishwasher ready.
The Ego company is one of Denmark's smartest new design companies, and the Spaghetti and Pasta Server is the work of their founding designer Steffen Schmelling.
