Wallis Chunky Mango & Chilli Sauce is a medium sweet and spicy chilli sauce. It's handmade by Leonie Wallis of Wallis Mangoes, Broome. Her family uses it on every kind of meat and fish. It's highly versatile.

The Wallis Mangoes plantation has been in Broome since 1983. They also grow the chillies used in this sauce. The local bower birds are particularly keen on Wallis chillies, so Leonie has to move quickly to get them into this sauce.
