Wallis Mango and Chilli Jam

Wallis Mango & Chilli Jam brings out the best in cheese, and also adds an extra spark to roast pork. It's made in Broome with chemical free mangoes from the Wallis family plantation. The mangoes are also sun ripened on the tree for maximum sweetness.

The Chillies are grown there as well, and the local bower birds prefer the chillies to the mangoes.

Leonie Wallis makes this jam with her own hands and particularly likes it with cheese on toast.
