The Dreamfarm Garject Garlic Press crushes garlic cloves without peeling. One handed. And it saves hands from garlic smell. It has a built in scraper for the last garlic, no juices are lost to a chopping board, and it’s also self cleaning – flipping it over causes spikes through the holes.
The Garject takes its name from its unique button mechanism which flicks out the garlic’s skin inspiring an American food blogger to describe Garject as a “garlic press with an ejector seat”. Dreamfarm founder Alex Gransbury says “Nobody likes to skin garlic”. All a bit obvious really – as great ideas are.
Dreamfarm are a Queensland based family company. They’re one of the few Australian companies to win multiple international design awards for their products. Including Garject. You can buy it HERE
