Beeson’s Best is The Good Store’s local artisan small batch honey. It’s all the way from down the road in Bentley. This honey is the real natural thing – no heating, micro-waving, refiltering, pouring from one container to another. It’s just robbed from the hives each month by Mr Ian Beeson.
Thorny Corner is RAW honey, good for practically everybody, and lasts for ages of its own accord. Interestingly, the honest truth with honey is that its flavour will change slightly over a year because it depends on what trees and plants happen to be in flower, which affects the honey bee diet. This change goes to the core of truly natural seasonal products.
At the moment Beeson’s Best honey derives its flavour from flowering red gum not far from Bentley Hospital – that’s where the bees that made this were buzzing around in 2018
You can take this honey anywhere in the world except New Zealand (they’re jealous) because WA is one of the few regions in the world without the dreaded Varroa Mite. You need never be without your little piece of Bentley, WA.
