Chop 2 Pot is the only chopping board in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art, NYC. It’s a light plastic board which lays flat for chopping. Squeeze the handle and the sides fold up to form a chute and deliver food to pot. All of it.
This is not weird – it actually works, and has a three year guarantee. Our board was invented by Brit Mark Sanders in 1988, was inducted to MOMA in 1994. Supply difficulties have seen the board extinct for years, but British family company Joseph Joseph have finally revived it. And it’s just been updated in 2010 with ergonomic handle and non-slip back. Praise the English.
